Stoneworks Paving is a residential hardscaping company looking for hardworking individuals to join our team as Hardscape Laborers. No experience is required, as we are willing to train applicants who are eager to learn and work hard. Experenced applicants will be given preference, and additional wage compensation upon assesment of abilities.
Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of hardscaping materials, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
Prepare job sites by performing tasks such as digging, leveling, and grading
Operate various hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and compactors
Operate Skid-Steer loaders, and or Mini-Excavators
Load and unload materials and tools onto and off of trucks and trailers
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
