The Junior Lead

Hand will ensure that their team adheres to safety standards while achieving production targets. This role includes leading stretching initiatives, providing coaching to team members, and effectively communicating challenges to management and maintenance. Your guidance will help maintain high-quality output and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor team compliance with safety and PPE requirements
Lead efforts to achieve shift targets and deadlines
Facilitate pre-shift stretching to prepare staff




Communicate problems promptly to maintenance and supervisors
Coach team members on best practices and quality emphasis Requirements:
Entry-level supervisory experience preferred
Familiarity with safety and quality assurance processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Capability to troubleshoot and assist with minor repairs
