Exciting chance for an organized Patient Care Coordinator at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, B.C. This relief position works rotating days from 06:30 to 17:40. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll oversee clinical operations while ensuring the delivery of quality care guided by BCCNM standards.

This role includes supervising staff, assisting with clinical decision-making, and providing education to families. With a focus on patient transitions, you will facilitate resources and promote a supportive workplace for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities:
