Facilitate ART events like PI Planning and retrospectives
Align multiple agile teams for cohesive delivery
Monitor systemic dependencies and resolve blockers
Ensure a focus on value and outcomes within delivery processes
Lead coaching initiatives to improve Agile teams' performance Requirements:
5+ years' experience in a Release Train Engineer role
Protected RTE certification necessary
Deep understanding of Lean-Agile practices
Proficient in Jira and Confluence
