Electric is seeking a knowledgeable Inside Automation Proposal Specialist to enhance its customer support efforts. This full-time role requires expertise in electrical, electronics, and instrumentation to understand and meet customer automation requirements effectively. You will actively assist the sales team and develop client relationships while processing orders and keeping updated on industry innovations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Rockwell Automation and partner products
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Process orders through Dynamics 365 and follow up on quotations
Stay informed about automation industry trends
Maintain accurate backorder reporting Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience in industrial automation or relevant fields is beneficial
Robust understanding of Rockwell Automation solutions preferred
Exceptional communication and team-oriented skills
