Centre is looking for a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse. Applicants should hold a Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and a BLS certification.

Experience caring for stroke patients is highly valuable, alongside demonstrated skills in medication administration and patient education. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to acute and rehabilitation patients
Perform medication administration and wound care as needed
Provide patient education and health teaching sessions




Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary health teams
Champion safety and quality assurance in patient care Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience in acute care and stroke patient support
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace
