Fidelity Clearing Canada is seeking a Trade Supervision and Oversight Manager to lead surveillance and regulatory oversight across a multi-asset desk in Canada. You will partner with trading, compliance, risk and technology to ensure solid controls and compliant operations.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of supervising practices in alignment with CIRO and CSA requirements, in a agile hybrid work setting.
