Update cancellations and follow up on insurance policies
Answer customer inquiries in both languages




Monitor insurance claims with clients and adjustors
Report on force placed policies to brokers monthly
Complete special projects as assigned by management Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Robust verbal and written communication in French and English
