Key Responsibilities:
Drive the ITB strategy and initiatives
Identify and cultivate ITB investment opportunities
Prepare and submit proposals for approval
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and recommend improvements for ITB effectiveness Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline
Experience in the defense industry or ITB framework
Robust communication and relationship-building capabilities
Experience in managing projects across multiple teams
