In this role, you will supervise a team dedicated to supporting sibling groups, emphasizing Indigenous cultural practices and community relationships.
Your responsibilities will include staff supervision, community engagement, and adherence to program standards. Monitoring service delivery and planning cultural events are key to successfully achieving program objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead program administration and staff training
Coordinate community and Indigenous cultural partnerships
Enforce compliance with organizational goals and standards
Provide comprehensive case management and support
Manage Indigenous cultural programs and ceremonial events Requirements:
Relevant degree/diploma in Human Services
Three years of experience in program management
In-depth understanding of Indigenous knowledge systems
Current First Aid Certification and intervention training
Valid driver’s license and recent background checks Support Indigenous youth and families through dedicated program leadership at McMan Calgary.
