The Human Resources Business

Partner will provide essential HR guidance and partnership within the dealership platform. You will assess and address HR needs, manage employee relations, and facilitate onboarding processes while collaborating with leadership and the broader HR team. Serve as the primary HR partner for organizational support
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles




Manage employee offboarding and exit interviews
Provide coaching on talent management and development

5+ years of HR generalist experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in corporate retail setting preferred
CPHR designation is an asset
