Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes with precision and care, following established recipes and standards
Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food presentation and garnishing to enhance visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
Support food handling procedures during meal preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours

Experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with Indian cuisine or similar culinary styles
Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for kitchen operations and customer service
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are highly valued
