Metro Supply Chain is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who reports to the HR Manager. The role provides HR consultation across Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment, Health & Safety, Performance Management, and Culture Building.
Responsibilities include policy communication and consistent application of procedures.
The position requires 4–7 years of HR experience and post-secondary education in HR; CHRP is an asset. Travel to multiple sites in the Greater Toronto area is expected.
