Your responsibilities include managing a team of Technicians and overseeing daily operations for accuracy and efficiency. Robust leadership and communication skills will help you build relationships and drive operational success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations while ensuring safety and quality standards
Assign work and manage Technicians to optimize performance
Cultivate customer relationships and promptly handle service issues




Monitor compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Champion continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery Requirements:
Post-secondary education related to utility locating
Supervisory experience in a relevant field
Direct experience with underground infrastructure tasks
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental guidelines
