We're seeking a driven and compassionate sales skilled to develop referral partnerships, support families navigating care decisions, and drive business growth within the seniors' care sector.

Fulltime Permanent

Base pay $60K plus commission and car allowance

Greater Toronto Area

What You'll Do
Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centres, retirement residences, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Prospect and develop new referral sources throughout your territory.
Conduct needs-based conversations with families seeking senior care solutions.
Deliver presentations and educational sessions to referral partners.
Manage your pipeline, territory plan, and follow-up activities.
Consistently generate new referrals, clients, and territory growth.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
Healthcare, home care, retirement living, seniors' care, rehabilitation, or medical industry experience.




Proven ability to build a territory and generate new business.
Robust prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the GTA.
