SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Business Analyst in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). This role requires robust experience in Risk and Control Self-Assessments, focusing on operational efficiency. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining process inventories while assessing operational risks.

You’ll assist in RCSA documentation, execute testing of controls, and provide actionable insights to support Client's Businesses in bridging internal control gaps. Your solid communication ability will foster stakeholder interaction across teams. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and consolidate process risks and controls
Support Risk and Control Self-Assessment documentation
Perform testing of key controls per guidelines
Drive operational efficiency in risk assessments
Develop remediation plans for identified gaps Requirements:
At least 3 years of risk and control experience
