As the Equipment Maintenance Superintendent, you will oversee all maintenance activities for Hall Shoring & Foundations across Western Canada.

Your responsibilities include planning and coordinating preventative and breakdown maintenance, supervising technicians, and enhancing equipment uptime. You will act as a liaison among various teams, establishing maintenance priorities and fostering alignment with field operations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance program and supervise technicians




Develop and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
Monitor compliance of maintenance activities and inspections
Review equipment history and identify reliability issues
Organize logistics for technician support and parts ordering Requirements:
Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent experience
10+ years in heavy equipment maintenance
5+ years of leadership experience
Valid driver's license
