Become an Inclusion Coordinator with the OSEG Foundation! Focus on delivering high-quality programs for autistic children, fostering family relationships and team support. In this part time role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Community Impact and Engagement.
Your main duties include overseeing program operations, managing staff recruitment, and adapting programs to meet individual needs. Through your leadership, families will gain meaningful support and children will experience engaging programming tailored to them. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff recruitment and training for programs
Develop individualized lesson plans for participants
Ensure consistent implementation of individualized support strategies
Document administrative materials for program operations
Act as a liaison between families, staff, and community partners
Requirements:
Education in autism services or equivalent experience
Direct experience working with autistic children and families
Familiarity with autism-informed practices and support techniques
Experience in program coordination and volunteer supervision
Robust interpersonal and administrative skills
