Advise on collective agreements and legislation
Support managers in performance and attendance management
Assist in recruitment and engagement initiatives Requirements:
5+ years progressive HR experience
Knowledge of both unionized and non-unionized environments
Solid understanding of employment regulations
Excellent relationship-building skills
