Shape the future of drug discovery as the In Vitro Pharmacology Director at Frontier Discovery. Spearhead initiatives in small molecule therapeutics from our state-of-the-art labs in Toronto and Montreal. In this role, you will provide both strategic and scientific leadership, ensuring high-quality execution of all in vitro pharmacology activities.

Collaborate with medicinal chemistry, DMPK, and in vivo pharmacology teams to drive projects from target identification to candidate development. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation through mentoring and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead scientific initiatives across all pharmacology activities
Drive small molecule drug discovery processes




Integrate pharmacology data for optimization decisions
Mentor and develop internal scientific talent
Manage external partnerships for project success

Requirements:
MSc with 15+ years or PhD with 8+ years in the field
Proven experience in project leadership within pharma/biotech
Solid track record in small molecule drug discovery
Excellent communication and organization skills
Bilingualism in French and English preferred
