We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Duties
Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and secure environment for clients.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their desired styles and any necessary maintenance.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification in the state of practice.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling products related to hair care.
