Searle Greenhouses is a family run business that has been operating in East Selkirk, Manitoba for over 45 years.
We are currently looking to hire a full time team member that also has a Class 1 license.
Candidates must have their own reliable transportation as there is no option for bus services
Position Summary:
We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated Class 1 driver who's looking to do more than just sit behind a wheel. This position is preforming general duties around the greenhouse all year round and runs loads when needed.
Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks, help ensure accuracy of loads, trailer shunting
Basic vehicle maintenance, part runs,
Delivery/pick up of loads in Manitoba/Saskatchewan, possibly across Canada
Able to lift 75 lbs., bend, and squat repeatedly,
Forklift and telehandler experience an asset
Able to attend work on a regular and consistent schedule,
On call for after hours help,
Meticulous attention to detail,
Basic math skills,
Other such duties as assigned,
