We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hair Transplant Technician to join our team as an Independent Contractor. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional hair restoration procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Your expertise will support the surgical team during hair transplant procedures, assist with patient care before, during, and after treatments, and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
Assist surgeon and RNs during hair transplant procedures by preparing the treatment area and managing surgical instruments, counting and sorting grafts
Provide compassionate patient care throughout all phases of treatment, including pre-operative preparation and post-operative follow-up
Maintain strict adherence to medical safety protocols and sterilization procedures to ensure a sterile environment
Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions to promote optimal healing and results
Support the surgical team with analysis skills to monitor patient progress and identify any complications early
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint
Experience
Previous experience working in FUE/FUT hair tranplant clinic
Familiarity with SmartGraft and Trevellini equipment ideal
Familiarity with various implantation techniques
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dermatology, plastic surgery, or hair restoration treatments
Experience caring for diverse patient populations
Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing patient needs and supporting clinical decision-making
Knowledge of protocols and procedures related to patient safety and infection control
