Location: The Beautiful city of Guelph, ON Job Type: Full-time / Part time Pay: $32–$40/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
Conduct antenatal care visits
Perform childhood immunizations and well-baby checks (Rourke Baby Record)
Support routine follow-up for diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and other chronic disease management.
Conduct health screenings and vaccination check-ups.
Help with IM, SC Injections, Ear Syringing, and Vitals.

What You'll Need
Current, unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RPN)
Experience in primary care, maternal/child health, or chronic disease management preferred
2+years of experience in primary care since graduation.
Comfort working within an interdisciplinary primary care team
Solid organizational and communication skills
