In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas, ensuring they are inviting and hygienic.
Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate equipment and eco-friendly products to promote safety and sustainability.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
Adhere to safety procedures and health regulations at all times to protect yourself and guests.




Support team efforts during busy periods by assisting with laundry services or additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Experience
Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is highly preferred; experience with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments enhances your ability to meet guest expectations efficiently.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in quick-paced settings while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and sanitation practices ensures safe and effective service delivery.
