We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Home Cleaner / Home Support Worker to join our team. Duties
Perform residential cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Assist clients with household chores such as laundry, organizing personal belongings, and light housekeeping duties
Prepare nutritious meals according to clients’ dietary needs and preferences, demonstrating cooking skills and attention to safety
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining flexibility for client needs
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and provide friendly, respectful support
Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and support activities
Maintain organized records of services provided and report any concerns or issues promptly
Experience
Previous experience in residential cleaning or home support services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organize tasks effectively in a home environment
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic cooking skills is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Experience in hospitality or caregiving roles will be considered an asset
