Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
Dispose of trash and maintain waste management protocols
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of client spaces
Skills
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper usage techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism at all times
