Responsibilities include both engaging with swimmers directly and supervising your team, ensuring that all instructors provide high-quality lessons. Administrative duties can be handled remotely, adding convenience to your schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging private and group swim lessons
Inspire and coach instructors across both locations
Track swimmer progress and maintain family communications
Support the recruitment and training of current staff
Uphold safety and professionalism standards on deck Requirements:
Three years of swim instruction experience
Two years in a leadership role
Valid National Lifeguard certification essential
Own transportation between Kanata and Nepean
