You will conduct hazard analyses, educate field staff, and build effective safety practices. Expect to foster solid relationships with leadership and support continuous improvement in HS&E; standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and assess environmental hazards
Provide HS&E; training for recent employees
Collaborate on safety procedures and training development
Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
Assist in incident investigations and corrective actions Requirements:
3+ years of telecommunications safety experience
Health and safety credential (CRSP, CSO, NCSO)
Robust communication and presentation skills
Experience in risk assessment and program development
Valid provincial driver’s license required Support health and safety excellence throughout Ledcor's telecommunication projects by applying your expertise in HS&E; implementation.
