Become an HSE Advisor at Lifting Solutions in Bonnyville, where you will support health, safety, and environmental practices that foster a protected workplace. Your expertise will help guide compliance and safety culture initiatives. This role reports to the HSE Manager, contributing to safety performance through training, coaching, and developing safety procedures.
Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in safety management and are adept at working independently on critical safety projects. You'll also provide mentorship, ensuring effective implementation of Workers’ Compensation and claims-management programs. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Safety Management System
Create and implement secure work practices and Codes of Practice
Distribute Safety Alerts and corporate communications
Support incident investigations and advise management
Participate in the safety audit processes and compliance training Requirements:
5+ years experience as an HSE Advisor
Safety designation CRSP, CSP, or NCSO/HSA is preferred
Collaboration experience with line management
Knowledge of Energy Sector Workers’ Compensation programs
Must pass drug and alcohol testing Shape Lifting Solutions' safety culture while advancing your career in HSE management.
