Oversee capital redevelopment and project planning
Provide strategic insights to executive leadership
Build governance and accountability structures
Monitor project risks and financial performance
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5 years’ experience in healthcare capital planning
In-depth knowledge of Ministry processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
PMP or equivalent preferred
