ARROW Utilities is seeking a Manager of Human Resources & Safety to lead a four-person team across HR, People & Culture, and Health, Safety & Wellness functions. The role combines hands-on HR expertise with leadership of culture, learning and workplace safety programs.
The ideal candidate holds a post-secondary degree in HR/BA, a CPHR/CHRP designation, and at least five years of HR leadership experience, with solid Alberta employment and OHS knowledge.
