This role requires individuals who have prior experience working in shelters or similar high-interaction environments like Hospitals, Long-term care supporting vulnerable populations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong de-escalation skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and professionalism when managing challenging behaviors.
