Valard Construction is seeking an HR Onboarding Advisor & Field Recruitment Coordinator based in Canada (Edmonton or Calgary). You will lead end-to-end onboarding for field and corporate operations, coordinating with HR, IT, payroll and managers to ensure a seamless, compliant process.
Additionally, you will manage full-cycle field recruitment across union and non-union settings, build candidate pipelines, and uphold accurate ATS and HRIS records.
