As the Executive Director, reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership, ensuring compliance and quality assurance in recovery services.

Your role involves enhancing program effectiveness and building solid partnerships within the community to support a recovery-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities:
Guide the recovery community with strategic leadership and vision
Promote trauma-informed care practices across programming
Build strong teams through effective people leadership
Oversee financial management and resource utilization
Engage with stakeholders and represent RSG professionally Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in health or related fields
At least 5 years of leadership experience in mental health or addiction
Extensive knowledge of Therapeutic Community models
Robust strategic thinking and communication skills
Willingness to travel to RSG sites Lead impactful recovery efforts and support community health as part of ROSC Solutions Group.
