About Us
Les Bâtisseurs NMG is a growing interior finishing and renovation company specializing in high-quality residential renovation and finishing work. We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated Handyman / Interior Renovation Technician to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing a variety of interior renovation and finishing tasks, including:
Drywall installation and repairs
Plastering and joint finishing
Interior painting
Caulking and surface preparation
Installation of trim, mouldings and baseboards
Door and door-frame installation
Flooring installation and repairs
General interior repairs and maintenance
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical work
Patching, touch-ups and finishing work
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following project specifications and maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements
Previous experience in residential renovation, construction or handyman work
Strong knowledge of interior finishing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and professional
Able to use common hand and power tools safely
Ability to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions
Valid driver's licence is an asset
Own tools are an asset
Ability to travel to job sites throughout Montréal and surrounding areas
