Join our energetic residential construction team as a Handyman / General Labourer, where your skills will help transform homes and deliver exceptional customer service. This energetic role offers the opportunity to assist with the upkeep of our residential construction site, perform various repairs and finishing work and provide after-sales service to our homeowners. Duties
Keeping homes under construction and the job site clean, safe and well organized
Maintain health and safety standards on the construction site, including the installation, inspection, and maintenance of guardrails, safety boards and fire extinguishers
Performing various repairs, finishing work, and touch-ups in homes under construction
Completing after-sales and warranty repairs in delivered homes professionally and promptly following a service call
Performing a variety of small construction and repair tasks related to different trades,



as required
Completing required pickups, deliveries and other job-related tasks

Experience
Previous experience in residential construction or general labour roles is highly desirable
Be versatile and capable of performing a variety of general repairs, touch-ups, and construction related tasks
Be independent, resourceful, relialble, and detail-oriented
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools with safety awareness
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
