Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a balanced diet.
Support residents with activities that enhance social engagement, cognitive function, and overall quality of life.
Maintain a clean and protected living environment by performing regular cleaning duties and ensuring proper sanitation standards.
Monitor residents’ health status, report changes promptly to supervisors,



and document care activities thoroughly.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs.

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living is highly preferred.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable populations.
Solid understanding of English both written and verbal
Ability to administer medications safely and follow detailed care instructions.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Reliable, patient, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.
