Direct recruitment and onboarding activities for current staff
Manage performance reviews and employee growth programs
Ensure adherence to employment legislation and best practices




Guide and mentor HR assistants and volunteers
Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the Centre Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
5+ years of HR experience with supervisory roles
Knowledge of labour laws and safety regulations
Proven ability in change management and leadership development
