You will independently manage multiple projects, from sourcing materials to executing trade show logistics while troubleshooting challenges along the way. Close collaboration with the Design Director will be key as you transform concepts into successful, tangible products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independent execution of prototypes to production-ready • Source and manage material deliveries with suppliers • Collaborate on custom project specifications with the Production Manager • Support production floor operations as a backup • Coordinate trade show logistics and assembly schedules
Requirements: • At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience • Robust fabrication skills, especially in woodworking or metalworking • Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications • Basic familiarity with 3D modeling is advantageous • Capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively
