As an essential member of the Human Resources team, the HR Generalist facilitates current hire orientation while coordinating ongoing training initiatives.

You'll actively support compensation strategies, manage employee relations issues, and lead special projects designed to enhance workplace culture and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Recent Hire Orientation for all new associates
Assist in managing compensation and benefits plans
Conduct required training sessions and track progress
Support compliance audits and necessary reporting
Collaborate on Associate Engagement annual surveys Requirements:
Minimum three years of HR experience in mid-large organizations
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Proven communication and organizational abilities
