Responsibilities
Manage and organize client immigration files.
Prepare and review application forms and supporting documents.
Collect required documents and information from clients.
Track application deadlines and case status.
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and requirements.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Research immigration programs and application requirements.
Assist senior caseworkers/consultants with submissions and follow-ups.




Ensure applications are complete and properly organized.

Requirements
Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in proofreading, legal drafting, or writing skills that ensure clarity and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to conduct effective interviews and research to support case development.
Robust clerical experience including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized files
Excellent phone etiquette combined with qualified communication skills
Prior experience in project management or coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously is a plus
