Backcountry is seeking a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own paid media across backcountry.com, competitivecyclist.com, steepandcheap.com, and biketiresdirect.com. You will set the acquisition strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with Creative, Merchandising, and eCommerce to optimize budget and site experience.
In six months you will audit channels, reallocate budgets based on incrementality and LTV, and develop repeatable launch playbooks.
