You will work across various commercial sites, using grounds maintenance equipment, leading crews, and handling diverse tasks from landscaping to snow operations. Ideal candidates will possess the necessary experience and take initiative in their daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Support multiple crews and sites as needed
Operate the Hustler mower effectively
Apply herbicide once certified or trained
Drive company vehicles and tow trailers
Accurately log work hours in LMN system Requirements:
Proven experience in grounds maintenance
Valid driver’s license; trailer experience preferred
Self-sufficient and able to lead crews
Open to learning field applications
