Pier 4 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our multi-family residential properties.
This hands-on position demands proficiency in various maintenance disciplines, including plumbing and electrical systems, with an emphasis on customer service. You will be essential in executing preventative maintenance programs and prompt repairs to ensure that residents enjoy their homes. Key Responsibilities:
Address and complete maintenance work orders efficiently
Respond to resident requests for service within a day
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules diligently
Carry out essential repairs for residential units
Maintain aesthetic and functional property appearances Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of related maintenance experience
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
Familiarity with building systems is a plus
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting Join Pier 4 and contribute to our mission of building excellent communities through expert maintenance.
