RBC Capital Markets is recruiting a Vice President for its Syndicated & Leveraged Finance team based in Toronto. This role focuses on leading financial analyses and mentoring within a top global investment bank setting. As a crucial member of the Global Investment Banking division, you'll engage in credit-related financing transactions such as LBOs.

You'll work closely with financial sponsor clients and collaborate across investment banking sectors, gaining exposure to multiple credit markets while enhancing your strategic skillset. Key Responsibilities:
Execute financial analysis and due diligence for financing transactions
Supervise and train junior staff on day-to-day tasks
Analyze relevant credit market trends for clients




Manage execution of syndication for corporate projects
Assist in preparing advisory presentations and marketing materials Requirements:
At least 5 years in investment banking or leveraged finance
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field
Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to lead Drive meaningful finance solutions at RBC's investment banking division while developing leadership capabilities.
