Job Title: General Laborer

This position is working outside on various construction projects or property maintenance.

Duties
Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times -Installation of fence posts, raking, shoveling.

-Available Monday - Friday, Weekend availability. 10 hours per day -Ready to work full-time up to the end of October 2026; leading into winter snow removal crew work.

-Transportation to and from site is required.

Experience
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks




Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn current skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
