Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and inspect heating and cooling systems continuously

• Respond to service calls and maintain safety protocols
• Document maintenance activities and shift changes
Requirements:
• High school diploma with 4th Class Power Engineering certification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building operations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Proficient in maintenance management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
