As a full time strategist, you will report to the Director of People and Culture. This influential role is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that promote health equity and inclusion within the organization. Collaborate across departments to ensure respect and cultural awareness are central to CMHA Peel Dufferin’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute EDI strategies that drive organizational culture • Provide consultation to leadership on equity matters • Co-chair and facilitate Health Equity committee activities • Partner with teams to enhance engagement initiatives • Analyze organizational policies for inclusivity
Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years in building inclusive environments • Familiarity with disability accessibility legislation • Proven understanding of diversity intersectionality • Strong sensitivity and communication skills
