SilverLine Group Inc. is looking for dependable and hardworking General Labourers to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, working as part of a team, and supporting a variety of construction activities.

What You’ll Do
Set up, maintain, and clean up construction sites
Perform general labour including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Assist skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as required
Use hand and power tools under direction
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other general construction duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset
Physically able to perform demanding work, including lifting and carrying
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including dust and noise
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset
Dependable, punctual, and willing to follow verbal instructions
Able to communicate effectively and read/print in English

Requirements
CSA-approved work boots required
Available to work Monday to Friday, with ½-day Saturdays as required




Reliable transportation to and from work sites is an asset
Robust commitment to workplace safety
